Dear Neighbors and Friends,
Today, Labor Day, is usually the last day of an extended vacation weekend to have one last hurrah for the summer. This year is so different as we are staying safe at home, in small family groups, or spending time outdoors safely distancing. We also are honoring our essential workers who are risking their health so that we can continue in a somewhat normal environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of these brave workers are union members who rely on having representation for critical support to be their voice to negotiate for better wages, benefits, and workplace safety.
Thank you Unions for supporting our workers!
